A day of two halves

This morning lovely sun. Afternoon lovely rain. This morning beautiful quiet country lanes. Afternoon the a30. This morning relaxed. This afternoon hating every stressfull minute. But we reached our goal for the day and we,re only 30 miles from the end. i,m elated that we.re near to success but saddened that the adventure will end and that me and blogger will go our seperate ways. he's got me through the lows and i thank him from the bottom of my heart (and the other bits too) . he's a true friend and blogging hero.

Hi Jim and Ish

Guess you may have got THERE by the time you read this - fantastic effort - not only the trip but also all the illustrated commentry that has kept us all on the edges of our saddles. Time for a good few beers and memory lane! Have a super holiday.

Lelsey and John

suggest you raffle the lycra hold-ups - someone somewhere will be itching to try them on with a pair of stilettos and a mask....

Personally I'd prefer a day of two pints (or even one pint). Each to his own!

Looking forward to seeing the photo of the post at Lands End with your names on it!! ?? Could they put mine on it too, at half-size?
